This is the first ever bike specific oil fill system. Its patented
design not only allows you to measure volume but it also offers a spill
and clean-up free transfer to the engine and transmission.
Fill the bottles at home and
take them to the track to eliminate trackside measuring frustrations.
Because it is a sealed environment you will ensure your oil is free from
dust and other contaminants in the air. Wind and hard to get to fill
holes will never again be an issue. Whether you are changing your oil in
the garage, plan to do an oil change trackside or just want to be
prepared to add oil if level gets low while riding, the Factory Fill is
a Must!
There are three Factory Fill
bottles that accommodate most modern 2 and 4-stroke motorcycles and
ATV's and a Honda package with a motor bottle and a transmission bottle
for the CRF and TRX split case bikes and ATV's with oil capacity not
exceeding 1.3L. A larger size bottle is in development and will be
available for bikes and ATV's that exceed 1.3L oil capacity.
Each bike model on the motor bottle has two fill levels machined into
the bottle.
1 ) Capacity at oil
change with oil filter replacement.
2 ) Capacity at periodic oil change without filter replacement.
Each level is clearly marked
with a raised fill line molded into the bottle for accuracy and
durability and illustrated with an easy to read label. The marks on the
bottle account for the residue left in the bottle after transfer to the
engine so you can have complete confidence that when you fill the bottle
to the appropriate marked line that you get exactly what the factory
manual prescribes. The label also features a conversion chart to enable
you to convert metric to US and vice-versa.
Measuring the volume is only
the beginning of the Factory Fill. Using the high-flow transfer tube you
can quickly fill the engine and transmission regardless of the location
of the fill hole WITHOUT the use of a funnel and you
will not spill a drop and yes it even fits into the tiny CRF250X tranny
hole.
Here is how it works:
1. Unscrew the cap and fill the bottle to the specified line per
application.
2. Screw the cap on tightly and remove transfer tube end cap.
3. Insert transfer tube into engine or transmission fill hole.
4. Invert bottle and open high-flow cap valve by pulling transfer tube.
5. Squeeze bottle to transfer oil into the engine.
6. After all oil has drained from the bottle and tube, remove transfer
tube and recap engine fill hole.
7. Close high-flow valve on cap and reinstall transfer tube end cap.
8. Check fluid level per Factory specifications.
9. Have fun and find something else to worry about.
